Over the past three years at RediMed, I have had the privilege of working in an environment that fosters growth and continuous learning. The supportive atmosphere prioritises staff development, education, and supervision, which has been crucial in my progression from a junior therapist to a more experienced practitioner.

A key aspect of RediMed has been the opportunity to closely collaborate with onsite surgeons, GPs, physiotherapists, and exercise physiologists. This collaboration, especially with surgeons, has allowed me to discuss cases, observe clinical assessments, and watch surgical procedures, greatly enhancing my understanding of anatomy and surgical techniques. These experiences have significantly informed my clinical decision-making and enriched my practice.
