Health and Wellness Programs
Help your people perform at their best with single-session and ongoing programs designed for your organisation.
Trusted by leading Australian employers.
Optimise Your Workforce’s Performance
An organisation’s most valuable asset is its people – and their performance improves or declines with their wellbeing.
But most employers view employee health solely as a risk that needs to be managed to comply with OH&S legislation.
Our health programs are grounded in a different perspective.
What if you viewed your people’s health as an asset to be optimised, not a liability?
What if you invested in initiatives to actively enhance your employees’ baseline wellbeing?
What if that approach helped eliminate preventable workplace injuries – and improved both productivity and performance?
Asking those questions has helped more than 3,000 organisations across Australia transform their approach to workplace health.
Find out what our bespoke health and wellbeing programs could look like for you.
Exercise And Training Programs
Behind sleep, exercise is the single greatest protective factor for physical and mental health.
It helps build muscle, improve flexibility, increase cardiovascular health, and enhance mental wellbeing – which can prevent or reduce the severity of common workplace injuries.
Our exercise programs typically focus on role-specific training that aligns with national exercise guidelines.
One of our exercise physiologists will work with you to develop regimens that contain strength, flexibility and cardiovascular components, which can then be modified for employees with pre-existing health conditions.
Depending on your objectives, we may also recommend establishing monitoring protocols and incentives to improve adherence.
Health And Wellbeing Education
Healthier, safer workplaces start with better health literacy.
When your people understand how their bodies work – why certain behaviours are unhealthy, what behaviours lead to better performance – they’re empowered to take back responsibility for their wellbeing.
Health education also signals that employee wellbeing is an organisational priority.
Understanding that management values safety more than speed, for example, can reduce dangerous behaviour on site or behind the wheel.
Our education programs are tailored to each audience and can cover everything from specific risks like skin cancer to broader discussions around safety and wellbeing.
We can facilitate our education programs and sessions onsite at your workplace or remotely.

Injury Prevention Training
Many workplace injuries – like strain-related conditions – can be prevented through better posture and handling techniques.
After identifying risk factors in each role’s tasks, such as repetitive motions or sustained postures, we’ll develop a bespoke training program focused on education and behavioural change.
Most programs run for four to six sessions however there are also tailored one off sessions that may only run for a few hours. All sessions begin with an interactive explanation of musculoskeletal risks, followed by training under an ‘I do, we do, you do’ teaching model.
At the end of the program, each participant is assessed on their successful completion of tasks.
Our injury prevention training can be delivered as a standalone service or in conjunction with a related initiative, such as an ergonomic assessment.
Mental Health Programs
Mental health claims make up 9.2% of all serious compensation claims – and have a median payout of $58,615 (272% higher than other serious claims).
That’s why our mental health initiatives are designed with two key objectives:
- address workplace-specific risk factors
- provide psychoeducation to help workers self-manage their mental health.
Programs can range from establishing an employee assistance program (EAP) to helping workers understand conditions like depression, chronic stress, and PTSD.
Our in-house psychologist can also guide changes to organisational and management culture, particularly in relation to mental health stigma and workload expectations.
Better performance starts with better mental health.

Ergonomic And Safety Audits
Before risks can be addressed, they need to be identified.
Conducted by our accredited exercise physiologists, ergonomic assessments focus on risks related to repetitive motions, sustained postures, and general workflows.
Safety audits have a broader remit.
Generally, our auditors assess compliance with legislation and relevant standards like ISO 45001, including the strength of your current documentation and processes.
We combine a technical compliance perspective with a holistic understanding of your organisation’s health strategy – an approach that leads to better safety results and fewer workplace injuries.
