RediMed are committed to:

    • Utilising our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for all company work procedures and processes, to provide consistency everywhere, every time, without exception.
    • Through input and leadership, we will continue to develop an understanding of our customers’ needs and expectations, building a culture of exceeding customer expectations and promoting continuous improvement.
    • Promote the use of process approach and continuous risk-based thinking.
    • Developing seamless processes by fully integrating the services provided by our suppliers and partners.
    • Utilizing our ISO 9001:2015 as a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives.
    • Monitoring our performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to continually improve our processes and services.
    • Monitoring and continuously improve our commitment to satisfy applicable requirements in our Quality Management System to achieve intended results.
