The Challenge
Mining is a high risk sector, with 6.5 serious worker’s compensation claims per million hours worked in 2021–22.
This company needed a workplace health partner with end-to-end capabilities to help reduce risk throughout the employee lifecycle.
But it also needed that partner to enhance worker safety, productivity and wellbeing – a team that could go beyond the traditional, reactive approach to healthcare.
